Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support activities, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout utility location grounds, buildings, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entry points, restricted areas, and visitor activity while following post instructions and communicating with site contacts regarding security-related matters.; Support daily operations by preparing incident reports, maintaining awareness of site conditions, and assisting with security-related requests as needed.
