Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront perimeters, parking areas, and other assigned sections of the location to help to deter unwanted activity; Monitor access points, observe foot traffic, and/or assist with directing guests, deliveries, and contractors in accordance with site expectations and post instructions; Support loss prevention awareness by identifying unusual behavior, reporting maintenance or hazard-related concerns, and/or assisting with crowd management during busy business periods
