Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through site protocols when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas, noting unusual activity and/or conditions; Assist with access control responsibilities by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials, directing visitors, and reporting unauthorized persons and/or suspicious behavior; Complete assigned reports and maintain detailed activity logs related to patrols, incidents, and other security-related observations during the shift
