Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout public areas, restricted access points, exterior perimeters, and other assigned locations to help to deter unauthorized activity; Monitor entry and exit activity, check credentials and/or access authorizations as required, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations; Support daily operations by documenting incidents, providing directions and assistance, and communicating with site contacts and public agencies during routine and emergency situations
