Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific access procedures, credential verification steps, and emergency response protocols at a logistics and distribution location; Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with site policies; Help to deter unauthorized access by observing pedestrian and vehicle traffic, communicating access requirements, and reporting suspicious, unusual, and/or policy-related concerns; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting access control issues, gate activity, lighting concerns, and other security-related conditions that may need attention
