Security Officer - Dispatch Operator

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, supporting security-related communications, and coordinating appropriate emergency response activities for the location; Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner; Dispatch officers and/or site personnel to incidents, service requests, and priority situations, helping to support timely response across the property and surrounding areas; Prepare and maintain accurate logs, incident reports, visitor-related records, and other dispatch documentation in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site policies; Support regular and random patrol operations by tracking officer status, communicating coverage needs, and helping to coordinate responses to after-hours issues, access concerns, and unusual activity
