    Required Qualifications:

    • Current Washington State SLP license, or willingness to obtain prior to start date
    • SLP-CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
    • Eligibility for, or possession of, a Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate
    • Fingerprinting cleared through OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction)
    • Experience in school-based settings working with K-12 students preferred
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Provide speech, language, and communication assessment and therapy to a diverse K-12 student population
    • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
    • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student success
    • Document progress, manage caseload, and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
    • Deliver services exclusively onsite to foster strong student connections
