Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with supervisors and/or public agency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking areas, roadways, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, unattended property, and/or policy violations in accordance with location procedures.; Support orderly operations by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and relaying information during routine activities, delays, and/or emergency situations.
