Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or store personnel by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols throughout the retail location.; Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, stockroom-adjacent areas, common areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.; Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and document unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related incidents according to site guidelines.; Support opening and closing activities, assist with crowd flow during busy shopping periods, and provide directions or general assistance to guests in a professional manner.
