Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, retail location policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting them through proper channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; Monitor customer and employee activity for unusual behavior, assist with access-related concerns, and support loss prevention awareness through visible presence and observation; Assist with closing and opening procedures, check doors and restricted areas, and communicate with store leadership regarding security-related issues, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns
