Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including parking areas, entrances, corridors, and perimeter areas, as assigned; Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, assisting with visitor directions, credential checks, and/or other access control activities in accordance with site procedures; Support a professional environment by reporting hazards, disturbances, and/or unusual activity, and by following post orders and communication protocols during routine operations and urgent events
