Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare setting; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns; Monitor access points and assist with visitor, patient, and staff traffic flow while following site protocols for restricted areas and sensitive healthcare environments; Document incidents, observations, and/or policy-related concerns in a clear and timely manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
