Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities within a technology-focused location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related events according to site expectations; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas while reporting maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts; Support day-to-day operations by assisting with badge or visitor processing, directing foot traffic, and communicating clearly with site personnel during routine and elevated situations
