Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring access points, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations in detailed reports; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter checkpoints, as assigned; Help to deter unauthorized access and policy violations by verifying credentials, monitoring visitor and vendor activity, and reporting concerns to site contacts; Support a healthcare-related location by maintaining awareness of restricted areas, following post orders, and communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and/or responders
