Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observed activity according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support assigned personnel, customers, and/or vendors with directions and site information; Document daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities in required reports, and communicate relevant updates to supervisors and/or local contacts
