Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store team members by following security-related procedures; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor access points, observe customer and vendor activity, and support loss prevention awareness by reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel
