Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor entry points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support access control practices for restricted areas within a technology-focused location; Assist with badge or credential checks, monitor cameras and/or alarm indicators, and communicate routine updates, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues according to site procedures
