Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.; Respond to incidents, delivery disputes, alarm conditions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the exterior perimeter.; Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and delivery drivers, helping to support site rules related to authorized access and/or vehicle movement.; Observe dock doors, gates, and high-traffic operational areas for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or hazards, and document findings in required reports.
