Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and store personnel by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, storefront areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and assist with security-related concerns involving theft prevention, trespassing, and/or disorderly conduct; Support daily operations by documenting incidents, communicating with local management and/or public responders when needed, and maintaining awareness of changing conditions across the location
