Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, entry points, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verifying credentials and following site protocols for deliveries, guests, and/or vendors entering the location.; Support day-to-day operations by reporting maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, and by assisting with evacuations or other incident response procedures when needed.
