Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Monitor dispatch communications, receive calls for service, and relay routine and urgent information to site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner; Document incidents, alarms, maintenance concerns, and/or unusual activity with clear and timely reports, and communicate updates to appropriate contacts; Coordinate responses to incidents and critical situations by tracking officer activity, prioritizing requests, and directing resources based on site needs; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, noting that working environments and conditions may vary by location
