Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas while assisting with access control, crowd management, and/or directions as needed; Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate observed issues to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
