Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a financial institution location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the lobby, offices, parking areas, ATM surroundings, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance, access, or security-related issues.; Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and/or high-traffic public spaces to help to deter unauthorized access, support visitor processing, and follow site protocols for deliveries, contractors, and after-hours activity.; Assist with alarm response, opening and closing procedures, and incident documentation while maintaining professionalism and strong communication with staff, customers, and first responders as needed.
