Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, patients, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, and/or vendors, while following established post orders and visitor management procedures.; Support emergency and medical response protocols by assisting with crowd control, directing foot traffic, and communicating important information to appropriate personnel during urgent situations.
