Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and staff by carrying out site-specific policies, access procedures, and emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and public-facing areas to help support orderly operations, verify authorized access when required, and document security-related concerns.; Assist with security-related incident reporting, lost and found matters, and customer assistance requests while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
