Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related operations at a financial institution location; Monitor alarms, phones, radios, cameras, and/or other communication systems, then dispatch appropriate personnel in response to incidents, service requests, and unusual activity; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate emergency response activities and communicate updates to site leadership and/or first responders; Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, documenting calls for service, routine activity, and follow-up actions in a timely manner; Support access control and after-hours activity by verifying information, issuing directions, and helping to coordinate security-related responses for restricted or sensitive areas
