Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, visitor processing, and adherence to location policies and procedures; Observe and report facility conditions, suspicious behavior, and policy violations, helping to support an orderly environment for operations, employees, and guests
