Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and actions taken; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and verify authorized entry, following established protocols for visitors, employees, contractors, and/or deliveries; Support interactions with staff, visitors, and public officials by reporting concerns, assisting with directions, and communicating security-related information to supervisors and/or local authorities when needed
