Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity.; Monitor access points and observe campus activity to help to identify unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance or hazard concerns for follow-up.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through proper communication channels.; Assist with directions, answer general questions, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or daily activities.
