Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, and document observations in accordance with site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter spaces, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report unusual behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel; Support a respectful environment by interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds, following post orders, and communicating clearly with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency responders
