Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity and potential hazards; Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by assisting with access-related procedures and responding to inquiries; Monitor entrances, exits, lobbies, and other assigned areas to support authorized access and visitor processing; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and document observations for management; Complete routine reports and activity logs and communicate maintenance concerns or suspicious behavior to management
