Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or customers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and observe activity within the location to help to deter disruptions, trespassing, and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence.; Support day-to-day operations by completing assigned reports, maintaining post orders, and following Allied Universal standards and client-specific expectations.
