Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, escalating issues through proper channels when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and observe activity within the location, documenting security-related incidents and/or maintenance concerns in accordance with site expectations.; Support a respectful residential environment by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and communicating clearly with residents, guests, and on-site personnel.
