Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utility location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance, lighting, and/or other security-related concerns; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report suspicious behavior, trespassing, and/or policy violations according to site expectations; Support protection of utility infrastructure and equipment by observing restricted areas, reporting damaged barriers or locks, and following post orders for after-hours checks and incident escalation
