Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related matters according to site procedures; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, noting unusual activity and/or conditions; Monitor entry and exit activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and communicate with site contacts regarding deliveries, visitors, and other security-related concerns; Document daily activities, incidents, and observations in required logs and/or reports, and relay important information during shift transitions
