Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including building interiors, trailer yards, loading and unloading areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes; Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, helping to deter unauthorized access and reporting unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns; Support daily operations by observing for operational disruptions, checking designated doors and gates, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or site condition issues that could impact the location
