Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and when appropriate, emergency response actions at an aerospace and defense location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, hangars, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns related to access, property, and/or operations; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and follow established post orders for restricted areas, deliveries, and after-hours access requests; Prepare clear, timely reports on incidents, patrol findings, and daily activity, and support security-related operations during weather events, medical situations, and/or other critical circumstances
