Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and perimeter, remaining alert to unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions.; Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and/or sensitive business operations, verifying credentials and following post orders for access control and visitor processing.; Support a professional presence within a financial services location by assisting with de-escalation, maintaining detailed activity logs, and communicating clearly with Allied Universal leadership and/or local authorities when needed.
