Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk responsibilities in a healthcare location; Monitor lobby and reception activity, manage access in accordance with site protocols, and help to deter unauthorized entry or other security-related concerns; Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues through appropriate channels when needed; Support visitor processing, badge verification, sign-in procedures, and/or delivery coordination while maintaining accurate front desk records; Communicate with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and/or emergency personnel regarding security-related matters, unusual activity, or operational concerns
