Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or drivers by following site-specific access control procedures, screening entry requests, and supporting security-related protocols at the location.; Monitor entrances, gates, badge activity, and/or visitor logs to help control access to the facility, warehouse, production areas, and other restricted spaces.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, shipping and receiving areas, parking locations, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.; Verify credentials, process visitor and contractor check-in and/or check-out, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or policy-related issues to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
