Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency communication processes at an aerospace and defense location; Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or dispatch systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and relay information to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner; Coordinate the dispatch of Allied Universal personnel and/or site resources in response to incidents, medical situations, facility concerns, and other security-related matters; Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and status updates, helping to support timely communication, accurate recordkeeping, and continuity of operations; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, while observing and reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related conditions
