Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and other security-related policies at an industrial location.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, and document deliveries, contractor activity, and other security-related events according to site procedures.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency responders as needed.; Prepare clear reports on incidents, observations, and/or maintenance concerns, and report hazards, equipment issues, or policy violations to appropriate personnel for follow-up.
