Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while supporting store personnel, visitors, and/or guests; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns according to site procedures; Support loss prevention awareness efforts by documenting incidents, completing required reports, and communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal management
