Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a busy retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using de-escalation and clear communication when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions; Observe customer and employee activity for signs of theft, trespassing, disorderly conduct, and/or other policy violations, and document security-related events according to site requirements; Carry authorized armed equipment in accordance with post orders, licensing requirements, and Allied Universal policies, while remaining prepared to support law enforcement and/or management during serious incidents
