Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery access in accordance with site protocols.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require a security-related response.; Support truck, trailer, and/or delivery traffic flow at gates or checkpoints by checking paperwork, directing arrivals, and reporting discrepancies in line with location procedures.
