Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Monitor entrances and exits, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor, staff, and vendor access in accordance with site protocols.; Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns.; Assist with directing guests, monitoring restricted areas, and supporting orderly access during services, events, and/or daily operations.
