Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate; Control access at entry and exit points by verifying credentials, screening visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries, and documenting site access activity according to location protocols; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed; Monitor gates, control rooms, and/or access systems to help support authorized movement of personnel, vehicles, and materials throughout the location; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual conditions, access concerns, and/or policy violations, and report findings according to site procedures.
