Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and emergency services when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, and other security-related issues.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations in accordance with site policies, and report policy violations or suspicious activity to the appropriate contacts.; Support security-related operations by preparing reports, maintaining activity logs, and assisting with incident follow-up and post orders as directed by Allied Universal and site leadership.
