Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and/or telecommunications location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts, supervisors, and/or public emergency responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas while verifying credentials, controlling access, and reporting security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues.; Carry authorized firearm and/or protective equipment in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal standards while maintaining professional presence and readiness for assigned duties.
