Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, helping to identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or potential hazards; Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support authorized entry procedures and orderly movement throughout the location; Communicate with staff, visitors, and/or emergency personnel as needed, providing assistance and relaying security-related information in a professional manner
